On the beginning of October, the Honorary President of the Exchange Promotion Association flew to Baku to attend the meeting at the invitation of the Chairman of the Pediatric Association of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Chairman of the Eurasian Pediatric Congress! His two speeches at the conference were applauded four times, and he was warmly welcomed.

On behalf of the International Affairs Department of the Belt and Road International Medical Cooperation Center, he signed a bilateral cooperation agreement with the Eurasian Pediatric Association and the Chairman of the Pediatrics Association of the CIS. About 300 medical personnel attended the conference. Russia sent 65 medical personnel, Kazakhstan sent 45, Kyrgyzstan sent 27, Uzbekistan sent 35, and so on. The meeting hall with 400 seats was full, and there were no four sub-sessions. The new progress in the diagnosis, treatment and research of diseases such as neonatal, respiratory, digestive and nervous infections, and pediatric surgery were discussed. The Western Regions have the same customs as before, and science leads the development! I will never regret coming to the Central Plains of China, and I will sing the praises of the East Wind all over the world!
