Belt and Road International Medical Cooperation Centre Successfully Organised Domestic Medical Experts to Participate in the International Cancer Conference.

re (BRIMCC) took the lead in organising six domestic medical experts to attend the First International Cancer Conference of India Parul University online, and the six experts delivered speeches in English and played videos to exchange their experiences of diagnosing and treating tumours in China. Jiao Fuyong's team from Children's Hospital of Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital reported on the status of colorectal cancer treatment research in China at the conference.

Jing Li, Director of Department of Oncology and Haematology, Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Southwest Medical University, reported and communicated the effect of acetoacetin on cell function and MicroRNA-34a/programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) axis in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

Dr Yujie Liu, Department of Surgical Oncology, Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital, reports on predictors of sensitivity to neoadjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced rectal cancer. Dr Chen Gang, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Yulin No. 1 Hospital (The Second Hospital Affiliated to Yan'an University), reported experience sharing in gynaecological laparoscopic surgery. In addition, Shaanxi Kunbao Bio-Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. shared some of their results in the treatment of high-risk human papillomavirus, through their multi-centre study results showed that the tincture of Chinese medicinal multi-flavour extract, Gao Weikang, is safe, well-tolerated, and can help to promote the clearance of persistent HPV and HPV-induced LSIL.

Director Dang Dong of the Department of Oncology of the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Yulin, Shaanxi Province, reported on the sensitization factors of ginseng qi fu Zheng A clinical study on the effect of injection infusion combined with acupoint injection on the quality of life and immune function of patients with advanced malignant tumours.

The conference was carried out through online and offline synchronous mode, and the conference invited domestic experts in tumour-related aspects as well as company organisations in related fields, which realised in-depth exchanges between Chinese and foreign academics, and also promoted the internationalisation process of China's traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tumours, and injected new vitality into the development of tumour-related traditional Chinese medicine.
